Berthasia Ladislaus
Managing Consultant
Berthasia has over thirteen (13) years experience in training, auditing and advisory services. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Public Practice (CPA PP), a registered member of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors of Tanzania - (NBAA); a member of Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and a holder of bachelor degree of commerce in accounting plus a Masters degree in finance, both from the University of Dar es salaam. Berthasia is also a Certified IIA Global Trainer.
Berthasia has experience in both internal and external audit from various companies. She has worked with PwC (Formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers), where she was leading audit assignments mainly in financial services (including 5 banks) and also other large companies including;- Tanzania Electric Supply Company Limited (TANESCO), Southern Sun Hotels, Kobil (T) Limited and Benson Telecom company and many others.
Fahad Soud Hamid- Director, Assurance Services and Quality Reviews
Fahad has over 13 years in working experience with over seven years of banking experience in various areas including Risk Management, Controls, Internal Audit, Finance and Islamic Banking. Fahad is a Certified Public Accountant
His recent consultancy role was creation of the Group Internal Audit function of GSM Group. Prior to that he steered the Finance department of Amana Bank Ltd, the first fully fledged Islamic Bank in Tanzania.
He also worked with Citibank Tanzania for few years where he held several top management positions and acquired experience and skills in risk management, controls and internal audit. He also acquired experience in assurance services while working with PricewaterhouseCoopers Tanzania for few years and undergoing internship with Ernst & Young Tanzania.
Fahad is a graduate of University of Dar es Salaam where he earned his B.Com (Hons) degree in Accounting and holder of MBA degree from Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI). He is an Associate Certified Public Accountant registered by the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) and a member of Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Tanzania.
